Glass Fires: The primary function of a Glass Fire is to concentrate heat at a specific point. The larger the diameter of the center hole, the greater the area that is heated. Where a greater amount of heat is required than can be obtained from a single burner, the flames from several Glass Fires can be concentrated at a single focal point by the use of multiple burner manifolds. When higher operating temperatures are required than can be obtained with air-gas mixtures, an oxygen addition can be made in the range of 10%-20%. Accurate control is necessary to prevent flash back. AGF combination mixers are available and sized per application. Ball joints and custom manifolds are also available. |
